MY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION 🍧🍰🍭🧁......

Day 31:  The speciality of this day is my birthday.I eagerly went to seminar hall for Giby ma'am class. I was mentally disturbed because the day I  came to class a little late. Giby ma'am taught us about Learning process.

 Then she discussed about universal law and also about process and product.The process is the way by which the product is reached. So, process is important than product.Then ma'am shared her views on swan effect. Swan swims silently to reach its goal. 

Ma'am concluded the session by discussed about learning environment. 

After Giby ma'am class, Maya ma'am took the class. Maya ma'am discussed about the pending portion of Realism. The main points ma'am shared at the class include:

These points were discussed at the class. 

Then we went for optional class. Due to some work, ma'am didn't came to class. For celebrating birthday my friends gathered at optional class and they bought cake for me. It was a memorable birthday for me. 

Then we discussed about science day programs. After the discussion, I went to library and took the book"Science Teaching in Schools for 21st century" by Narendra vaidya. 

Afternoon session, we went to Ancy ma'am class. Ma'am started new module on Technology paper- "Communication". 

•Communication is sharing ideas and feelings in a mood of mutuality- Edgar Dale. 

•It is a process of exchanging information, ideas, thoughts, feelings and emotions. 

Types of communication

•Verbal and non verbal communication

•Verbal communication is of two types: Oral and written communication. 

We studied in detail about the types, advantages and disadvantages of communication. 

Levels of communication

•Intrapersonal communication

•Interpersonal communication

•Small group communication

•One to group communication

•Mass communication

After the class, Ma'am told us to wrote the kohleberg's stages of moral development and then we submit it to ma'am. 

Then Joju sir gave us two inspirational story. Then discussed about Teaching Aids. 

We remember 20% of what we hear. 

We remember 30% of what we see. 

We remember 50% of what we see and hear. 

We remember 90% of what we say and do. 

 Ten Characteristics of Teaching Aids:

•Should be colourful. 

•Variety in teaching aid. 

•Multisensory. 

•Quality teaching is cheap and economy. 

•Present points accuracy

•As realistic as possible. 

•Should combined entertainment and information aid. 

•Nurture multi intelligence of the child. 

•Quality teacher should blend right and left brain. 

•Give lasting impression to children. 

So many creative ideas were shared by Joju sir and it was an interesting class.
