OATH TAKING CEREMONY OF UNION MEMBERS.........

Day 45: It was a memorable day for me. Because today, several programmes were conducted at the college auditorium. 

The day began with a prayer. Giby ma'am handled first session of the class. Ma'am began the class by asking questions to students about the Adjustment process in personality.The main points discussed at the class inludes:

•If we are discomfort or in disequilibrium stage, maintain a good relationship with God. 

•We must have to chanelize the things so that you were free from any discomfort zone. 

•Then ma'am introduced a type of therapy known as "Um Um" therapy. Um Um therepy Institute was their in Western countries. Here, the listener answered the problem of a stressed person by using 'um' word. 

•Maladjustment results in mental depression. 

Ma'am ended the session by saying a quote from the Bible. "Faith chase out fear, Stress, Sorrows."

After the Giby ma'am class, principal sir announced us to gather in seminar Hall 1.So, we moved to seminar Hall. After the arrival of principal and Bindhu ma'am, sir told us to share the school induction experience. As a result one of the student from each school shared their experience. It was really an awesome moment. My mind go through each and every school. After the induction analysis, we moved to main auditorium for the oath taking ceremony. Chairperson, Secretary, Lady representatives, magazine editors and subeditors were there to took the oath in front the whole college. 

Afternoon we moved to Ancy ma'am class. Due to the lack of time, ma'am gave us 10 minutes to write about the Western thinker- Froebel. We were completed the work fastly and moved to auditorium.

 The women cell club organized  a self defense class as a part of  women day's celebration. The class was taken by Jaya Mary, Anees Bhal, Athulya from the Kerala police.

 During the talk, Anees ma'am streessed on the fact that women must always react and never remain silent when a man mistreats her. They demonstrated warmup exercises and self defense moves.

She also encouraged us to join their defense classes at Palayam. Through the class, I got confidence and courage. It was really an interesting session.We left the college with Laddus from our college union members. 

I really enjoyed the day well.
