SEMINAR PRESENTATION.....

Day 62: Today I woke up at early morning🌞. After the morning 🙏prayer, I had completed my pending works. At 9:10 am, our online class by Joju sir began. I joined through google meet and with a silent prayer class began and followed by seminar presentation by students from our Natural science optionals. Biji, Sreevineetha, Shehna and Deepa from our optional took the class. After the seminar of our optional, English optional students presented their seminars.
The topics they discussed were:
•Coursera online E learning platform.
•Content Management system.
•Web 1.0 and Web 2.0
Sir gave us extra points regarding these topics and concluded the session.
It was an interesting session.
At 11 am Ancy ma'am joined the class and ma'am revised the points that we discussed at the last class on philosopher Plato. After revising, ma'am took the pending portion on the philosopher Plato.
Curriculum
Plato's contribution to educational thought and practices
Plato's First stage of Education
•It is upto seven years of child's age.
•Children should be educated by their mother or nurse in the house.
Plato's second stage of Education
•Is from 7 to 17.
•Music and gymnastics should be taught to children at this stage.
Plato's third stage of Education
•Is from 17 to 20 yrs of age.
•This is the time for the most practical education and training.
Plato's fourth stage of Education
•Is from 20 to 30 yrs of age.
•They undergo mathematical training.
Plato's fifths stage of Education
•Is from 30 to 35 yrs of age.
Plato's sixth stage of Education
•Is from 35 to 50 yrs of age.
•At this stage, one is ready to become a ruler or a philosopher.
Plato's seventh stage of Education
•Comes after 50 yrs of age.
•They were supposed to make philosophy as their chief pursuit.
Ma'am concluded the session by giving limitations of Plato's philosophical methods. It was an interactive session and I understood the whole concept on the philosopher- Plato.
