SIDHASANA......

Day 79: Today the online class began at 9:30 am. Joju sir began the session by sharing an excellent shubhachintha(Act and potency). Followed by seminar presentation by maths optional. 
They discussed about cyber privacy and Password protection. 
It was an interesting class and I came to know how can we protect our password from hacking. 
Sir concluded the session by sharing his experience on password security. 
At 11 am Physical Education sir, took the class. The class began with a silent prayer and then we practiced padmasana that we studied at the last class. Today sir taught us Sidhasana. 
Benefits of doing Sidhasana
•Improve your posture, lengthen your spine and open your hips. Chests and shoulders. 
•It's an excellent exercise for increasing flexibility in hips and groin or inner thigh muscles. 
With savasana , sir concluded the session.
