READING AND ORATORY CLUB INAUGURATION...........

Day 98: Today it was a special day. The class began at 9:30 am by  George sir. Sir taught us three postures of yoga.

•Yoga mudra
•Bhujangasana

Strengthening thigh muscles. 
Helping to reduce obesity.

Helps to strengthen the digestive organs. 
Boosts functioning of intestines.

Stengthens spine. 
Stimulate abdominal organs. 
Helps relieve stress and fatigue. 
It was an excellent class. 
At 10:30 am, sir concluded the session. 
At 11 am, there was an inaugural session of Reading and Oratory club. 
 Dr Asha ma'am was the chief guest of the session. 
Ma'am discussed about the importance of reading and how to read. It was an excellent session.
