SHALABHASANA, NAUKASANA AND DHANURASANA.......

Day 103: Today third paper exam, as usual began at 10 am. Exam was so easy. After the exam, by 11 am, we all joined through google meet platform for Dr George sir yoga class. Sir taught us three postures: Shalabhasana, Naukasana and Dhanurasana. 
Shalabhasana
Merits
•Strengthens the muscles of abdomen thigh and legs. 
•Cures the diseases of lungs and kidney disorders. 
•Tones up abdominal organs such as gall bladder, stomach, spleen etc. 
Naukasana
Merits
•Helps to reduce belly fat. 
•Improve the function of digestion. 
•Increase the function of Pancreas,lungs and liver. 
•Good for diabetes patient to maintain sugar level. 
Dhanurasana
Merits
•Cures spinal hump and rheumatism of legs, knees and hand. 
•Activates intestine and increases the digestive power.
