TEACHERS ROLE IN FOSTERING CREATIVITY AMONG STUDENTS........

Day 96: As usual, today online class began at 9:30 am. George Thomas sir took first morning session class. The class began with a sweet prayer song by Revathy. Then Sir discussed about benefits of Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises and types of exercises. 
Sir concluded the session by describing the types of muscles: Smooth, cardiac and skeletal muscles. Then, Sir gave us an idea on the works that we had to complete in first semester. It was a nice session. 
At 11 am, we joined for Giby ma'am class. Class started with a prayer song by Sr Geena. Then ma'am discussed about creativity- it's stages and role of teachers in fostering creativity. 
Creative thinking is a process in which the individual generates an original, unusual and productive solution to a problem. 
Stages of creativity
•Preparation
•Incubation
•Illumination
•Verification
Role of teachers in fostering creativity among students
 •Create a compassionate and accepting environment. 
•Be present with students ideas. 
•Encourage new skills. 
•Learn with fun. 
•Foster a question friendly environment. 
•Freedom to respond. 
At 12 pm ma'am concluded the session.

26/08/2022 Today I came to school with an unpleasant mind. It is the last day of our internship. After signing the attendance register I engaged in morning duty. Then I went to manage the students in 5 N class.  Students who have exam at afternoon wait in 5 N class. I manage the class for one hour.  Afternoon, I went to have lunch and presented gift to my concerned teacher and took photos.  Then I signed and sealed my record. After a  photo session, we all leave the school.  This internship refreshes me and was a nice experience.

ONAM EXAM STARTS..........

24/08/2022 Today I reached the school campus at 9 am. I went to school office to sign the attendance and gather near 308 room to do our duties.  Sir, told us to help in kitchen duty and we spend some more time there.  Trainees from other college also accompanied us. It was a nice experience for me.  After that we do our pending duties and spend more time in doing rest of the duty and leave the campus by 4 pm.  Thought for the day

SECOND DAY OF ONAM EXAM.............

25/08/2022 Today due to onam exam, we reached the school at 8:45 am. Then I went for exam duty at 5 K class. It was a pleasant experience for me. It was my first experience to be in exam duty. I discussed question paper with them and clear their doubts.  After the exam duty, I went to lunch and do my pending notes.  Thought for the day
