Day 119: Today the online class began with Shiney ma'am class. Ma'am discussed about in service training.
The teacher education achieves the competency in academic field, competency in teaching methodology and competency in social analysis and application. 
Objectives
•To equip the teachers with the latest content or subject matter in their specialized fields. 
•To help the teachers to know the effective methods of teaching. 
•To follow up the teachers who undergo in service education to reinforce the objectives of training. 
These points were discussed at the class. 
Then Dr Ancy ma'am took class on Apex bodies. 
NAAC, NCERT, NCTE, NUEPA, UGC, CABE, SCERT were discussed in detail. Some of the articles were also discussed. 
Article 21 A- free and compulsory education. 
Article 45: provision for early childhood care and education to children below 6 years of age. 
Article 14: Equality before law. 
It was really an interactive session. 
Last session of class was handled by Dr Joju sir. Sir discussed in detail about the advantages and disadvantages of MCQ type questions. It was an interactive session.We shared our ideas through google meet platform. It was a wonderful day.

23/08/2022 Today eagerly went to school because today was the teachers onam celebration. As it's trainees duty to coordinate the programs of this day. Principal sir asked to gather trainees at computer lab to provide instructions regarding the programs.  For their school day onam celebration, we coordinate well and father awarded each trainee a pen.  After that, we went to school main auditorium for the onam celebration. Principal and vice principal gave onam message.  Followed by vanchipattu and Thiruvathira of four houses.  Then we all gatgered together at Clemis block to conduct the rest of the games like lemon and spoon, musical chair, scooter slow race.  Four house teachers participate well in all games with a competitive mind.  Then we get ready for having onasadhya at main auditorium. LAST DAY OF INTERNSHIP............

26/08/2022 Today I came to school with an unpleasant mind. It is the last day of our internship. After signing the attendance register I engaged in morning duty. Then I went to manage the students in 5 N class.  Students who have exam at afternoon wait in 5 N class. I manage the class for one hour.  Afternoon, I went to have lunch and presented gift to my concerned teacher and took photos.  Then I signed and sealed my record. After a  photo session, we all leave the school.  This internship refreshes me and was a nice experience.

SECOND DAY OF ONAM EXAM.............

25/08/2022 Today due to onam exam, we reached the school at 8:45 am. Then I went for exam duty at 5 K class. It was a pleasant experience for me. It was my first experience to be in exam duty. I discussed question paper with them and clear their doubts.  After the exam duty, I went to lunch and do my pending notes.  Thought for the day
